How to Prepare the Gel:
Slowly add 2 teaspoons (10g) of powder to 1 liter of warm water (approx. 40°C / 104°F)
Mix vigorously for around 2 minutes, until the mixture reaches a smooth, uniform consistency
Let it sit for 5 minutes, then mix again
